Contracted professor, advanced master on public administration, political sciences, expertise on decentralised cooperation and local government management. The course has been registered and is provided on line
9 credit course (64 academic hours) in English, evaluation and comparative analysis of the methods of decentralised cooperation in Europe and town twinning. International cooperation of local governments in Europe and beyond, trends in development issues and good governance (efficiency and ownership), focus on citizens participation. The course was then published in a book edited by Peter Lang (Brussels). See my publications.
